WELCOME TO LAS VEGAS!!!
We are thrilled to be together again for RaceWay’s Franchisee Summit. We are excited to conduct the Franchisee Summit during the largest conference for the convenience store industry: the National Associate of Convenience Stores (NACS) Show. If you have never been to the NACS Show it is a sight to see and experience. We hope you will take advantage of being together and use the time to meet other RaceWay Franchisees, the RaceWay Support Team, walk the NACS Trade Show Floor, meet with vendors, and enjoy all that Vegas has to offer.
We are working hard on the agenda to ensure the time together is impactful and will publish it as the date approaches. In the meantime, please register for this amazing event and begin to investigate travel. The event dates are Monday, October 7, 2024 – Wednesday, October 9, 2024, with Thursday, October 10, 2024, as an optional day. We will use this registration site as well as emails to the rwfranchisees@racetrac.com distribution list for important updates.

The dates of the summit are Monday, October 7, 2024, through Wednesday, October 9, 2024. RaceWay is currently planning the agenda and will have events scheduled on these days. Please plan to arrive at the hotel by 3pm on Monday, October 7 and checkout Wednesday, October 9, 2024. Thursday, October 10, is an optional day.
NACS stands for the National Association of Convenience Stores. This conference is the largest in the world that supports the convenience store industry. The conference is Monday, October 7, 2024, through Thursday, October 10, 2024. If you would like to learn more about the NACS conference, please visit their website here.
RaceWay will be covering your attendance at the NACS conference, food and drinks during scheduled events and a portion of your hotel expense should you choose to stay within our room block at the Venetian Resort. RaceWay is buying down the Venetian’s room rate and will cover the hotel resort fee.
We hope you will plan to join your fellow Franchisees in Las Vegas, Nevada for this amazing event. Registration and attendance is limited to Franchisees and partners in the business, Franchisees and partner Spouses and store managers.
As part of this online registration process, you will have the opportunity to reserve a hotel room at the Venetian Resort, where the Summit will take place. Please keep in mind we have a limited number of rooms at the Venetian and once our room block is full, you may book a hotel room at one of the many other NACS affiliated hotels in Las Vegas. Once you have completed the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email. Make sure you save this information for your records. In addition, as part of the registration process we will ask for your travel/flight details. If you do not have flights booked at the time that you register, you may go back in, using the Edit Profile button and enter this information at a later date by referencing the info provided in your confirmation email.
